PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
Objective:
To define a methodical approach for different phases of the project, with the
vision to deliver a quality store within the stipulated time in a safe environment

Project Execution Plan:
Project execution plan has been broadly divided in three phases
1. Pre-Construction phase
2. Construction phase
3. Post-Construction phase

1. Pre-Construction Phase:

❖ Intimation by the BD team will be given once the MOU or ATS is signed.

❖ Cross check site code creation for project with concern department.

❖ Once four corners are marked and the same is intimated by the BD team
survey has to be done along with 1 person from Design team, BD team,
Developer, and local liasoning architect.

❖ During survey following has to be done
✓ Area confirmation
✓ Block levels / Contour levels
✓ Constraints List
✓ Local Market rates for Building Materials
✓ TBM and station points to be marked

❖ Design team has to send a mail confirmation to BD team and Execution
team confirming the area of the plot

❖ Open file for the site.

❖ CC drawing will be submitted post Ops sign off to avoid deviations.
❖ Project brief will be given by design team to the contracts and execution
team and sub sequent tender drawings will be issued
❖ Get all the CC Drawing/ Survey Drawing& study thoroughly.
❖ Get clear understanding of TBM.
❖ Any issue in the CC Drawing to be discussed with the design team.
❖ Study & understand the soil report properly.
❖ Any Deviation with respective to CC drawing which are to be executed at
site should have a confirmation mail from design team.
❖ Get clear understanding of Cut & Fill.
❖ Get clear understanding of all the levels.
❖ Take a sign off on all the cutouts and from MEP team.
❖ Substation drawings shall have signoff of liasoning team.
❖ Coordinate with design team for GFC Drawing.
❖ All GFC Drawings should be routed through Planning Manager.
❖ Planning Manager will receive all the drawings through transmittal
maintaining at site.
❖ Prepare the BBS.
❖ Calculate all the major quantities for the Building.
❖ Commercial Team to intimate the budget release status for the project and
should share the approval sheet to execution team.
❖ Cross check all the tender quantity with the GFC Drawing& if any
variation, it has to be communicated to the Design team, Contracts Team
& Budget approval team.
❖ If the hard rock is encountered the same to be intimated to design team
and contracts team for verification and quantification.
❖ Approval on extra cost of hard rock shall be taken by Design team.
❖ Ensure all approvals are in place before executing any Hard Rock, excess
or extra items.
❖ No extra or excess items will be entertained once the project is over.
